Mr. Chhitarmal Patani (Known as C. M. Jain)
FOUNDER
Chhitarmal Ji developed a fearless spirit and a strong risk-taking mindset. He looked beyond limitations and set out to explore opportunities across India.
Chhitarmalji’s journey led him to Ichalkaranji, where he entered the textile trade and co-founded a partnership firm, focusing on branding and marketing—long before these became mainstream ideas. With sharp instincts and a bold vision, he built strong market relationships and established a name for himself.
He later founded Jatin Cotton Mills Pvt. Ltd., In The Year 1983 starting with RUTI-B and RUTI-C looms, and continued leading its growth with innovation and courage. In time, he passed the legacy on to his sons, leaving behind not just a business, but a story of daring ambition, hard work, and perseverance.

A Key Contributor Family’s Textile Ventures, offering strong support in operations and strategic growth. He initially Founded Jatin Texfab In The Year 1987, a subsidiary launched to cater to the premium dhoti market with a focus on quality and tradition.
The firm was later renamed Neminath Texfab Pvt. Ltd., under which all operations now continue. Vimal Kumar actively oversees manufacturing, sales, and marketing, playing a crucial role in driving efficiency and market presence. Dedication and experience have been instrumental in expanding the group’s reach while maintaining its core values of excellence and reliability.

In The Year 2007 We Modernized Jatin Cotton Mills Pvt. Ltd. by introducing AirJet looms and streamlining operations. A highly technical mind with deep knowledge of machinery, utilities, and engineering, he also leads in areas like finance, banking, subsidies, and marketing.
Sandeep Patni is also a strong advocate for sustainability in the textile industry, continuously investing in eco-friendly practices, clean technology, and responsible manufacturing methods. Actively contributed to society, serving as Rest of Maharashtra Convener (JIIF) and President of Rotary Club of Ichalkaranji Textile City, among other roles.

At Jatin Cotton Mills Pvt. Ltd., he focused on managerial responsibilities and was known for building strong, respectful relationships with the staff.
Explored new horizons, Where he ventured into the granite industry and moved to Mysore, where he founded Jatin Granites. Over the next 10–15 years, he established a strong presence in granite cutting and mining, gaining recognition in the regional stone industry.
He Recently launched Mishu Granites, where he pioneered a state-of-the-art manufacturing setup for quartz tiles, a forward-looking move at the time. He also expanded further by starting a tool manufacturing firm catering to the mining sector, and took part in raw material mining operations in partnership ventures.
Now He Continues to Lead With Vision & Resilience, Pushing Boundaries in Both Stone Manufacturing & Industrial Innovation.

Joined Jatin Cotton Mills Pvt. Ltd., Where He Took Charge of the Marketing Operations and business outreach. With a strong eye on the future.
Further Launched a Forward Integration Initiative Through a New Venture — Nineeez Trendz LLP — Which Was Focused On The Manufacturing of Finished, Dyed, and Printed Fabrics. An Building Upon Jatin’s Established Grey Fabric Business. Under his leadership, Nineeez Trendz LLP Later Expanded Into Premium Bedsheet Manufacturing, With Successfully Entering The Home Textiles Space.
Sunny is recognized for being calm, composed, and skillful in management, maintaining excellent relationships with staff, suppliers, and buyers, while continuing to drive innovation and growth in the textile industry.
Mr. Sujal Patni
MANAGER
New Generation Biz Head, With a blend of technical expertise, global exposure, and a modern business outlook. Completed an exchange program in Innovative Textiles at Hof University, Germany, and gained hands-on experience through internships at Alok Industries (Vapi) and Nahar Spinning Mills (Ludhiana). Sujal also plays an active role in a Greenfield Textile Processing Project in Kagal, developing his skills in project execution and operations.
Currently, Sujal looks after Marketing Operations at Nineeez Trendz LLP and is Deeply passionate about sustainability and innovation. With a Ken interest in technical textiles, Sujal is focused on exploring future-ready solutions for the industry.
As part of his vision to diversify & expand the family business, Sujal is also spearheading a new venture in technical textiles, aiming to create niche, high-performance products for evolving global markets. He is actively involved with networks like JITO Youth Ichalkaranji, Rotary Club of Ichalkaranji Textile City, and TAIMU.
